Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described:

We will offer a full refund or replacement, including original delivery charges.
We will also cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.
Return Shipping
For unwanted items, you are responsible for the return postage.
We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Refunds are issued within 14 days to your original payment method.
If your return meets the 14-day cancellation window, your original delivery fee will also be refunded (standard delivery only).
Express or premium shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you'd prefer an exchange:
Return the original item following the return instructions.
Place a new order for the replacement item to ensure availability.

Important Notes
